2023 CIVL Plenary 

The deadline for proposals is January 2, 2023.

The 2023 CIVL Plenary will be held in the Hotel Dom Henrique Donwtown Porto, Portugal, from March 2 to 5, 2023.

It will be a hybrid plenary, both physical and online, using Zoom platform. 
Our 2022 plenary experience shows that combined discussions are productive and allow a large pool of attendees to participate. However, people attending in person have better opportunities to contribute as difficult subjects and strategies are also discussed outside the official sessions. Hence, we encourage NACs and delegates to participate in person.

The plenary will be successful if everybody anticipates and works throughout January and February. We will open a dedicated Basecamp Project so delegates can exchange.
